Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: As a mobile spray tan company, each appointment requires dedicated travel time, preparation, and planning to ensure we can provide you with the best experience possible. Because of this, our cancellation policy helps protect the time reserved specifically for you. We please ask you to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 100% fee of the service price, which will be charged to the card on file. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be treated as a no-show. How to cancel or reschedule: this must be done online by creating an account "My Bookings", or via email or text. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation & rescheduling policy.
