Cancellation Policy

BOOK INQUIRES - Condo clients please include unit, buzz code and visitor parking in the notes. Client pays for parking if there is no visitor parking available. ⁣Payment will take place post-app with your artist via cash or e-transfer.⁣ CANCELLATION POLICY⁣⁣ - A fee of $40 (per client) will be charged if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time. A fee of the FULL appointment cost will be charged if the appointment is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ More than 15 minutes late to an appointment it will automatically be treated as a no-show and will be charged. All no-show appointments and same day cancellations (within 24 hrs of appointment time) will be charged the full appointment amount. All rescheduling must be done 48 hours prior to appointments.
